Welcome to the RBG-Helpdesk!

What kind of assistance do we offer?

Mainly we are here to help solve problems using the Infrastrucure of the mathematics and informatics faculties maintained by the Computer Operations Group (RBG). That includes the workspaces in the Rechnerhalle, e.g. when the Login is not working or the desktop appears to be frozen. On voluntary basis, and depending on our work amount, we try to answer other questions regarding private systems not operated by the RBG (e.g. WLAN-Problems within the TUM- Network, VPN-Connection to TUM, Certificates etc.). As these services are voluntary, there is no right of assistance and we assume no responsibility for problems occuring during or after the problem solving process. We do try to help wherever we can depending on our ability and deadline constraints, though!
